Pet Urns will not be available until approximately February 1, 2008. Our wood craftsmen is relocating his wood working shop and will not be able to make the urns until he is re-established in January. If you would like to place your order now, we will hold the order until that time. Your credit card will not be charged. Please call 866-913-8625 with any questions. How long does it take to get my urn?

Each urn is hand crafted by Bob - from Wood'n It Be Nice. From the time I receive your full order until the urn is ready to ship can be 15 - 30 business days. It's usually faster, but Bob does go on the occasional vacation and he also creates beautiful hand made wooden jewelry boxes -- so sometimes there is a delay before he can start on your urn. I will send you an email with a tracking number so that you are prepared to receive the urn.

How long does it take to get my plaque?

The plaques will take 5 - 10 business days from the time I receive your completed order. I do all the layout work and the processing. The length of time is determined by many factors including if I have to scan / touch - up the image, the difficulty in the layout of the picture with the text, how fast you respond to the layout proofs, and how many changes we have to go through before I can make the plaque. I do notify you with each step to let you know where the process is and will send a tracking number when the plaque ships so that you know when it will arrive.

How do I order my memorial using a digital image?

When ordering online, select “Digital Image” and then use the browse button to select your picture. I’ll get the picture with the order.

How do I order my memorial using a photograph?

You can order online and select “photograph”. Then, mail the photograph to Artistic Oasis; 123 S. Eastwood Drive #107; Woodstock, IL 60098. Be sure to include your name and contact information with the photograph. I will also contact you when I receive the order to help you in getting the image to me.

Can I order without using the internet?

Yes, you can mail your original photograph with the pet memorial order form. Click here to see then print the pet memorial order form.

Will a special order urn cost more than one pre-made on your website?

That depends on the wood chosen. Some of our woods are "exotic" and will cost more money (20% more). When you call for availability and ordering we will be happy to discuss it with you. Every urn is made to order - so the only impact is the wood choice.

I saw some other things on the website that are not listed on the Pet Memorial pages, can I still order these items?

Absolutely. Any item on our website can be ordered for a Memorial for your pet. Please just include the item description, size, and finish if applicable on the order form.
